Job Description

The Groundskeeper, under supervision, is responsible for external grounds maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Mows lawn areas.

* Maintains grounds.

* Trims trees, hedges, and plants.

* Maintains flower beds.

* Irrigates areas.

* Applies fertilizers to plants and grass.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Six months of related experience in grounds maintenance.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

* Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift moderately heavy objects.

PAY:

$9.79 - $11.74 per hour
