Description of the role:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Senior Helpers - Bryan, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and personalized care to our elderly clients. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Help clients with mobility, transferring, and ambulation
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication administration
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
• Establish and maintain a trusting and supportive relationship with clients and their families

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an in-home caregiver or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to varying needs and provide person-centered care
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
