Position description:
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will assist our customers by phone and email to troubleshoot issues and gather information to learn more about their needs and expectations. You will work to explain possible solutions, confirm issue resolution and ensure clients feel supported in using Reynolds and Reynolds products and services. We have several entry-level positions for those who enjoy problem solving, critical thinking, and working with others on a daily basis. Training is provided and you will have the ability to learn more about our industry and gain certifications on many of the products and services we provide to dealerships.
