Our company, a leading faucet supply business, is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker Bryan TX to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to the receipt, storage, and shipment of faucets and related products. This role requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to lift and move heavy items.

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Worker Bryan TX:

Receiving and Inspection:

• Unload incoming shipments from suppliers and carriers.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Verify quantities received against purchase orders and packing slips.

Inventory Management:

• Organize and store products in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate labeling and tagging of inventory items.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to order specifications.
• Prepare products for shipment by boxing, labeling, and palletizing.
• Load outgoing shipments onto trucks for delivery.

Warehouse Maintenance:

• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, receipts, and shipments.
• Complete and submit necessary paperwork, such as receiving reports and shipping documents.
• Communicate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to coordinate inventory and order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Work Environment:

• This position operates in a warehouse environment.
• The role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Protective equipment, such as safety gloves and steel-toed boots, may be required.
