Our client, a leader in drone delivery services, is seeking a Drone Flight Support Assistant to join their team. As a Drone Flight Support Assistant, you will be part of the operations team supporting daily drone delivery activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Drone Flight Support Assistant

Location: College Station, TX

Pay Range: $26.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Schedule varies due to 7-day operation: Day shift, 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM CST. Friday-Monday, Saturday-Tuesday, Sunday-Wednesday, Wednesday-Saturday
• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment, including drone batteries and related gear, ensuring all components are prepared for daily operations.
• Utilize good visual acuity to serve as a Visual Observer, identifying and responding to obstacles, hazards, or changes in flight conditions during drone operations.
• Act as a Community Ambassador, fostering positive relations and representing our innovative mission with pride and professionalism in every interaction.
• Engage in fulfillment operations within a warehouse setting, ensuring a seamless supply chain from storage to delivery.
• Adhere to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes.

What's Needed?

• Current FAA Part 107 certificate holder.
• Drone experience, customer-facing experience, aviation experience
• Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Capability to carry/lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and climb ladders.
• Prior experience in the drone industry is preferred.
