Ensure new team members have a flawless new hire onboarding process by initiating background checks, drug screens, and completing new hire paperwork timely. Coordinate with appropriate teams to facilitate new hire orientation, including updating presentations in PowerPoint and delivering content on HR topics. Ensure the accurate input and upkeep employee records and I-9 verification. Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports, as needed. Execute accurate payroll on a bi-weekly basis. Ensure employee data changes are executed in ADP in a timely manner. Update Organizational chart, as needed. Respond to employee questions in a timely manner by having a thorough understanding of company policies, programs, and benefit offerings. Work closely in a team environment with the ability to partner with diverse teams and across multiple FDB locations. Maintain and reconcile expense reports for selected team members, as needed.
