Key Responsibilities

• Keep restaurants running by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems
  
• Perform routine maintenance on ice machines, walk-in coolers, and freezers to prevent costly breakdowns
  
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues quickly under pressure
  
• Ensure EPA compliance and follow all refrigerant safety standards
  
• Provide clear communication and excellent service to food-service clients
  

Requirements

• EPA Certification (HVAC) required
  
• Direct experience with restaurant refrigeration equipment (walk-ins, freezers, ice machines)
  
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair urgent issues in the field
  
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics
  
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
