Job Details

Queen City Mechanicals, a commercial/industrial plumbing and utility contractor with 40 years of industry experience operating within the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State Area, is actively seeking an experienced Construction Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position that support the plumbing and civil construction departments of the company include:

• Tools & Equipment
  • Receive and process electronic requests from field staff for delivery of company owned assets
  • Schedule deliveries to be made by warehouse driver
  • Repair broken power tools
  • Perform routine maintenance on construction equipment; excavators, skid steers, manlifts, and trailers
  • Set up, manage, and track electronically all tools and equipment assets through software program
  • Purchase tools from vendors on an as-needed basis
  • Clean and re-stock tools in gang boxes upon return from job site
• Perform light routine maintenance on vehicle fleet; oil change, replace wiper blades, etc.
• Perform light maintenance on dump truck fleet; replace tires, replace tarps, oil change, and grease
• Maintain electronic maintenance records for all vehicles and equipment in the companys fleets
• Property maintenance of business location
• Schedule and dispatch dump truck fleet (currently 4)
• Create processes and procedures for more efficient operation of the warehouse

Experience Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• General knowledge and experience with computerized inventory and management software
• Clean driving record and background check
• Individual must be able to demonstrate that he/she possesses the following skills:
