Overview

As a Telecommunications Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, installing and supporting the Reynolds Integrated Telephone System (RITS). In this role you will consult with clients to determine their hardware needs, conduct site surveys to prepare for the RITS install, and discuss any other elements that need to be taken into consideration. Specific duties include determining the quantity and configuration of equipment, packing/transporting equipment, installing telecommunications equipment, and maintaining operations of the telephony system at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and support the Reynolds Integrated Telephone System (RITS).
• Consult with clients to determine hardware needs and conduct site surveys for RITS installation.
• Determine quantity and configuration of equipment, pack/transport equipment, and maintain operations of the telephony system at client sites.

Requirements

• Technical documentation skills are a plus
• Must have a valid drivers license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Ability to travel at least 50%
• PC skills
• Professional verbal and written communications skills
• CCNA, A+, Networking, and Phone systems skills are a plus
• Customer and/or field service experience is a plus
