Position Description

As a Telecommunications Specialist, you will play a key role in configuring, installing, and supporting the Reynolds Integrated Telephone System (RITS) for our clients. This position offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with customer service, ensuring each installation is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.In this role, you will collaborate with clients to assess their hardware requirements, conduct site surveys to prepare for system installation, and address any specific factors that may impact deployment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the ongoing operation and reliability of the telephony systems at client sites.Key Responsibilities:- Consult with clients to determine hardware needs and system configurations.- Perform site surveys and develop installation plans.- Prepare, transport, and install telecommunications equipment.- Ensure proper system functionality and provide ongoing support as needed.- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal teams.This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where no two days are the same. Training

Requirements

Technical documentation skills are a plus~^~Must have a valid driveru2019s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years~^~Ability to travel at least 50%~^~PC skills~^~CCNA, A+, Networking, and Phone systems skills are a plus~^~Customer and/or field service experience is a plus
