Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: College Station, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Type: Contract Assignment Only

Pay: $23/hour

What You'll Do

• Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on property equipment
• Ensure grounds and common areas are clean and safe
• Respond promptly to service requests

What We're Looking For

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification REQUIRED
• Previous apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair basic systems
• Must provide your own tools
• Reliable and detail-oriented
