Accountant with SAP

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with hands-on SAP experience to join our accounting team.

Accountant with SAP Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 36.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Enter and process invoices, payments, and journal entries in SAP.
• Support Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations and analyze account variances.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash activities.
• Generate and maintain financial reports using SAP and Excel.
• Support budget tracking, expense analysis, and audit preparation.

Accountant with SAP Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 13 years of accounting experience (SAP experience required).
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP accounting modules.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
