Job Description

The Groundskeeper, under supervision, is responsible for external grounds maintenance.
Responsibilities:
-Mows lawn areas.
-Maintains grounds.
-Trims trees, hedges, and plants.
-Maintains flower beds.
-Irrigates areas.
-Applies fertiizers to plants and grass.

-Other duties as required.

Required Education and Experience:
-High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Six months of related experience in grounds maintenance.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. - Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Ability to lift moderately heavy objects.
