What youll do

The merchandising & stocking associate role connects all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they have on their shopping list. From everyday needs to special occasions, members rely on you to help them find the right product. Depending on the shift, duties may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or assisting members while stocking shelves. Responsibilities

What youll do includes member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding and supporting self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the companys products and services. You will also help maintain facility safety, oversee product rotation and display standards, ensure proper signing and pricing, identify shrink and damages, and handle hazardous materials according to company policies.

Additional duties

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; sets priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; identifies opportunities for improvement; and adapts to change.

Club operations

Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders according to company policy.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
