A technology service provider is looking for an Associate Service Desk Technician - Tier I to offer exceptional technical support to veterans. This fully remote position requires strong technical skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in mobile device support and will be responsible for assisting users with troubleshooting and application issues. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
