Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic customer service representative to join a growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, responsible for delivering outstanding service and support. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience that reflects their brand values. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for helping others, they'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices
  • Meet personal/team performance targets and service-level goals

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
