Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling, and offering friendly assistance; Assists Customers with merchandise and at the register, providing courteous and knowledgeable service; Maintains a clean, organized store and ensures proper merchandise presentation according to monthly guidelines; Performs cleaning tasks and replenishes supplies to maintain a safe and presentable environment; Follows MOS policies and loss prevention standards, escalating issues to Store Leadership as needed
