Spherion - - Responsibilities: Safely set up, adjust, and operate manufacturing machinery (e.g., presses, palletizers, or slitters) according to specific production standards.; Perform manual and visual inspections of finished products to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality specifications.; Clean equipment and maintain a tidy work area before, during, and after shifts to comply with 5S and safety standards.; Monitor the production line to clear jams, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and report significant malfunctions to the Shift Supervisor.; Move materials and finished goods to designated warehouse areas or onto truck trailers as required.
