Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor/Lead Technician

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Maintenance Technician who is adept at hands-on maintenance and repair tasks who is self disciplined and self motivated/driven to provide top notch service. Technician must have own transportation and preferred some tools. Company will reimburse for mileage while on the job at the IRS rate.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-On Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repairs, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.

Problem Solving: Quickly diagnose and address maintenance issues as they arise, using technical expertise and critical thinking skills.

Communication: Maintain clear communication with office management and staff regarding maintenance schedules, disruptions, and improvements.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably with a Property Management company or similar professional environment.

In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance is a plus.
