Position Description
As a Key Product Research and Development Intern, you will support our KEY control product specialists through hands-on research, testing, and evaluation of products in a dynamic work environment. This position offers the opportunity to resolve technical issues relatedto PC systems, proprietary software, peripheral hardware, operating systems, networks, and GPS technologies, while learning valuable industry skills.You will also collaborate with Key Product teams serving a diverse range of customers, including automotive dealers and government agencies. In addition to technical testing, duties may include drafting and reviewing Hardware Change Requests, maintaining evaluation records for parts and equipment, and supporting Technical Services and Technical Assistance Center teams with administrative tasks.
