The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining strong professional relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities

• Assist in providing an excellent client experience
• Learn and follow established client success procedures and protocols
• Work alongside senior staff to develop
• Participate in routine training sessions to enhance professional skills
• Support the implementation of client retention initiatives
• Familiarize oneself with agency technology tools and systems
• Assist with basic technology-related tasks as needed
• Actively contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive team environment

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in College Station, Texas in an office environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Passionate about maintaining positive client relationships
• Previous experience in a client services role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• No insurance experience required
