A well-established and growing Commercial General Contractor is actively seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team in College Station. Position Overview:

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone looking to continue developing within a structured and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience working for a Commercial General Contractor

Must have project experience on big box retail and/or high-volume retail projects

Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and coordination

Preferred Project Experience Includes:

Big box retail developments

High-volume retail / roll-out projects

Ground-up commercial construction

Tenant improvements related to retail environments

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout

Support development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets

Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients

Assist in leading project meetings and providing updates to stakeholders

Track submittals, RFIs, and project documentation

Ensure compliance xywuqvp with safety regulations and quality standards
