Yard and Customer Service Associate
College Station, TX

Red River Brick, a premier brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is seeking a Yard and Customer Service Associate to join our College Station, TX facility. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who is eager to develop in-depth knowledge of our products while supporting both customers and the sales team in the office and the yard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inside sales support and exceptional customer service
• Process orders, invoicing, and cash sales
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the SAP system
• Coordinate with dispatch to schedule truck deliveries (dispatch experience a plus)
• Collaborate closely with the outside sales team
• Perform manual handling of product as needed
• Assist customers and drivers in the brick yard with order pickups
• Operate a forklift to load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong computer skills; SAP experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Previous forklift experience or ability to become certified preferred
• Willingness to work both in an office setting and outdoors in a yard environment
