We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to manage and organize various technical projects, ranging from simple tasks to more complex plans. Responsibilities include: - Oversee projects and coordinate all team members to maintain workflow efficiency. - Communicate with customers to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. - Prepare and maintain project documentation and correspondence. - Assist with schedule management by acting on tasks from internal teams. - Ensure customer needs are met as projects evolve. - Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. - Anticipate potential problems or technical challenges and develop solutions. - Serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates to all participants.
