Sanderson Farms - - Responsibilities: Independently provide leadership and guidance to hourly associates in assigned area.; Direct the work of others and be a go-to for questions and concerns in relation to task performance in the absence of supervisor or superintendent at their direction.; Understand and train/cross-train incoming or current associates on new process or skill as needed.; Search for and present ideas to leadership for process improvements.; Ensure area is clean and sanitary around assigned line.
