Are you organized, compassionate, and great with people? We're looking for a friendly and dependable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face and voice of Comfort Keepers.

This role is perfect for someone who not only has strong administrative skills, but also understands the importance of empathy, patience, and professionalism when supporting caregivers, clients, and families.

What You'll Do:

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff
• Schedule appointments and provide general information
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and organizing documents
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and messages
• Maintain and organize office supplies
• Support the team with various administrative projects

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of related experience (preferred)
• A compassionate, service-minded approach and ability to interact with seniors, families, and caregivers with empathy and respect
• Someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment focused on improving quality of life for others
