Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Job DescriptionThe Member Service Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for AMS members. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality member service, including processing applications, providing information on AMS member benefits and services, maintaining members accounts, managing phone and written inquiries.
