Work from Home – Administrative AssistantAbout the JobThe position is part‑time 15‑20 hours per week through Nov 2022, with potential to increase to 24‑30 hours after Nov 2022. This remote role requires engaging with the administrator, project staff, and clients via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.Responsibilities – Administrative AssistanceManage project electronic files (e.g., create task‑ and contract‑specific files) and, when requested, assist with organizing and preparing technical documents and presentations. Maintain and update project‑specific guides.Responsibilities – Regulatory SupportEvaluate environmental documentation and apply regulatory compliance requirements. Enter data into an online database and verify digital content against known regulatory standards. Conduct ad‑hoc regulatory research. Monitor a project‑wide email inbox that receives client and subcontractor communications. Understand client SOPs to provide appropriate assistance to front‑line customer sites.Required QualificationsOrganized self‑starter with attention to detail. Ability to work remotely and independently, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and prioritize workload. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in recordkeeping and in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including data entry, formatting, and printing. Proficient in Adobe Acrobat for manipulating and editing PDFs. Capable of creating and maintaining digital document repositories. Knowledge of environmental regulations. Ability to research and access information, perform QA/QC. Experience in client service. 2+ years of administrative experience in a regulated industry.
