AdventHealth - 209 County Road 285 - Responsibilities: Assist the provider in opening and closing procedures and attend scheduled market calls and ongoing training; Greet patients in friendly manner and assist them through self-scheduling at kiosks or online; Manage the patient waiting area proactively by addressing patient needs and communicating wait times; Facilitate clinic and patient flow by preparing patients in exam rooms and collecting and entering demographic data, insurance information, and medical history; Advocates for services such as sick visits, flu shots, vaccines, and physicals
