Soulfully Connected Counseling is a growing private group practice in Bryan, Texas serving individuals, couples, and families with a focus on emotional wellness, healthy relationships, and meaningful connection.
We are seeking a strong Associate Therapist who is eager to grow clinically, build a meaningful caseload, and be part of a warm, collaborative team.
This role is especially well-suited for clinicians who are drawn to couples counseling, relational work, and developing into a confident, excellent therapist.
This is primarily an in-person W2 position based in Bryan, Texas. Limited telehealth opportunities may be available based on client needs and clinician fit.

Compensation
$37.00-$48.00 per clinical hour, based on caseload level and session type

Position Details
- Start part-time with opportunity to grow
- Outpatient counseling for adolescents and adults
- Opportunities to work with individuals, couples, and families
- Primarily in-person sessions
- Consistent scheduling expectations
- Minimum of 1 evening per week, based on practice needs
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services within scope and supervision guidelines
- Complete intakes, assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation
- Maintain timely and accurate records
- Participate in supervision, consultation, and team collaboration
- Respond to client communication within practice expectations
- Deliver ethical, compassionate care

Requirements
- Active Texas Associate Licensure (LPC Associate, LMFT Associate, or equivalent eligible role)
- Qualified supervisor secured, or openness to participating in the practice's supervision and support structure
- Strong professionalism and growth mindset
- Ability to maintain consistent schedule
- In-person availability in Bryan, TX
