Ross Stores - 725 East Villa Maria Road - Responsibilities: Assists Customers in any way necessary - is register-trained, assists Customers with merchandise, and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.; Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store and thanking them at checkout.; Maintains a clean, organized store and ensures proper merchandise presentation per guidelines.; Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor and merchandise items per monthly presentation guidelines.; Understands and follows MOS policies and cash, check, charge card, and refund procedures; maintains security of cash and merchandise.
