The Practice Administrator 1 manages strategic and daily operations of one or more practices. They balance daily goals with the Group's strategic vision to improve performance in Health, Experience, Affordability, Alignment, and Growth. Practices can be primary or specialty care services. This position oversees revenue cycle, billing, patient experience, human resources, budgeting, financial analysis, clinical workflows, and recruitment. This role typically manages the following range of clinics, providers and staff:1 - 2 Clinics 1 - 5 Providers 5 - 25 Staff. Essential Functions of the Role. Ensures practice workflows start and end with consistent, exceptional patient care. Achieves system goals by maintaining workflows that support and measure key clinical outcomes. Maintains an improvement mindset for the practice. Aligns practice and provider goals with those of the Medical Group. Designs operational plans for practice.
