Were hiring an Engineering Manager to lead our Enforcement Mobile development team, supporting a widely used platform for citation management and crash reporting used by public safety agencies. This role focuses on people leadership, delivery ownership, and driving the execution of our technical strategy. Youll lead a team of approximately 12 engineers, mentor senior talent, and play a key role in enhancing product quality, elevating customer experience, and guiding the platforms ongoing evolution. Enforcement Mobile is built on a mature, proven technology foundation, and we are actively investing in its evolution toward a cloud-native, event-driven architecture on AWS.
