Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Process customer orders received through email and EDI and distribute to scheduling and shipping departments. Professional and accurate communication with both internal and external customers. Learn FXI's manufacturing processes and products to provide the knowledge necessary to deliver excellent customer service. Review customer open order reports to ensure internal system aligns with customer requirements. Acknowledge and work to resolve customer complaints/issues. Analyze customer forecast/demand and communicate changes to materials team. Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, concerns as well as any actions and resolutions taken. May work on special projects/assignments upon request.
