Ability to manage and review subcontractors' and vendor's bids, proposals, and Bill of Materials Perform budget pricing from schematic drawing and narrative Draft scope letters, proposals, and vendor solicitations Work under deadlines efficiently and in a composed manner Identify any inconsistent issues, problems, and other issues within bid documents.
