NOV - - Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers as a trusted advisor; Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and internal departments to confirm and communicate customer requirements; Ensure revenue recognition requirements are met prior to invoicing; Communicate order status, shipment details, and required documents to customers and internal teams; Review printed order acknowledgements and coordinate cross-departmental review as needed
