Regency Integrated Health Services - - Responsibilities: Provide routine nursing care to residents; Assist residents with bathing, feeding, and dressing; Measure and record vital signs as assigned; Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries; Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions/needs to care plans
