SHIPPER

Monday - Friday

7:00 am - 5:00 pm

$20.40 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Verify materials being loaded and unloaded by part number, description, quantity, and quality.
• Pull customer orders and stage materials according to shipping schedules and consolidation requirements.
• Update consolidation cards and communicate shortages as needed.
• Process finished goods transactions using the IFS system and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Utilize shipping documents to identify and verify products for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, straddle trucks, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment to safely move products throughout the facility.
• Stage, consolidate, and prepare products for shipment.
• Return and bolster products for inventory storage or internal customer use according to established guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment through general housekeeping duties.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
• Follow all safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, shipping, or warehouse environment.
• Prior shipping, receiving, and forklift experience required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment in a professional work environment.
• Previous overhead crane experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (IFS preferred).
• Strong basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company software systems.
• Ability to learn and operate specialized equipment, including straddle trucks and shag trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
