Military-experienced candidates are also welcome.Driver Pay & BenefitsLocal Drivers: $170–$180/dayWeekly payPaid trainingOpportunities for overtime & bonusesFlexible 4–6 day work schedules (Saturday is required)Medical insurance and 401(k) after 90 daysReferral programCompany vehicle and uniforms providedAdvancement opportunities (Lead Driver, Trainer, Management, etc.)ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a delivery vehicle to deliver packages for FedEx GroundLoad/unload packages up to 75 lbs (or 150 lbs with a dolly)Deliver to homes and businesses in all weather conditionsFollow traffic laws and delivery schedulesMaintain a professional and customer-friendly attitudeCommunicate with dispatch about delays or vehicle issuesKeep the vehicle clean and report any damage or mechanical issuesQualificationsMust be at least 21 years oldValid driver's license with a clean recordMust pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical (cost covered)Able to lift and carry heavy packagesReliable and able to work weekends as neededNo experience?
