Your role will help build America.BenefitsComprehensive wellness and financial benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and more!Generous time‑off package, including paid maternity, parental leave, sick time, and vacation time.Stability: WhiteCap has doubled in size since 2020 and continues to grow.Unlimited career potential.Great Place to Work certification.Inclusive culture that values and celebrates everyone.ResponsibilitiesAudit inventory to keep systems balanced during daily order processing.Research and resolve all issues, adjustments, and discrepancies; ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy; complete follow‑up on all previous inventory adjustments; complete and review cycle counts.Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key, and review allocations.Receive products from vendors to check for quality; communicate potential quality issues to buyers.Maintain quality control and inventory control manuals.Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Follow company safety policy and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Typically have 2–5 years of experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience with inventory control, cycle counting, auditing, or inventory reconciliation in a warehouse or distribution environment.Proficiency using inventory management, ERP, or sales order systems (e.g., Oracle or similar software).Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies accurately.Experience operating forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely; certification preferred.Ability to analyze inventory data, maintain accurate records, and support inventory accuracy initiatives.Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, product tracking, and inventory movement.Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams.Knowledge of construction or industrial products is a plus; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.White Cap is an Equal Opportunity Minority/Female/Individuals with Disabilities/Protected Veteran andAffirmative Action Employer.
