Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy. Complete follow up to all previous inventory adjustments. Completes and reviews cycle counts.Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.Receives products from vendors to check for quality. Communicates potential quality issues to buyers.Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.Follows company safety policy and procedures.Performs other duties as assigned.Generally has 2-5 years of experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience with inventory control, cycle counting, auditing, or inventory reconciliation in a warehouse or distribution environmentProficiency using inventory management, ERP, or sales order systems (e.g., Oracle or similar software)Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies accuratelyExperience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely; certification preferredAbility to analyze inventory data, maintain accurate records, and support inventory accuracy initiativesKnowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, product tracking, and inventory movementStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across warehouse, purchasing, and operations teamsKnowledge of construction or industrial products is a plus; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plusIf you're looking to play a role in building America, consider one of our open opportunities.
