Paid monthly during active period (Jan-Apr only).Performance BonusesPhase 1 (Tutor Recruitment)Tier 1: +$75 for 6+ tutors per week = $475/monthTier 2: +$150 for 10+ tutors per week = $550/monthPhase 2 (Student Recruitment)Tier 1: +$75 for 12+ students/week + 4 tutors/month = $475/monthTier 2: +$150 for 15+ students/week + 5 tutors/monthIMPORTANT: No compensation paid May-August (summer break).
