Overview

A financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Change Management Consultant to support banking product updates, marketing material reviews, and cross-functional business initiatives. This role coordinates review and approval workflows, tracks project deliverables, and helps ensure customer-facing materials and internal processes remain accurate and aligned with applicable requirements. Candidates with banking or fintech experience and a legal or paralegal background are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Review marketing materials, product descriptions, and customer communications for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal policies and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate change management activities related to banking products, processes, policies, and business initiatives.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines to support timely implementation.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, legal, and operations teams to gather feedback and coordinate required reviews.
• Support updates to banking product documentation and related business processes.
• Maintain organized records of changes, review comments, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate project status, outstanding items, potential risks, and delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve review procedures, documentation, and change management workflows.
